How soon can I actually get a plumber out for something that isn't urgent?
Most routine bookings land within a few days, and giving us a couple of alternative days rather than one fixed slot usually means a wider pick of arrival windows to choose from.
What if the exact same problem comes back after the job's finished?
Ring back on the same number and mention the earlier visit, our Lifetime Labour Warranty means a fault genuinely traced to our own workmanship gets put right again without a second invoice.
What are my options for paying once the plumber's packed up?
Card, cash and payment plans are all fine, and because you'll have already signed off on the fixed price beforehand, settling up is more formality than negotiation at that point.
I own the place but a tenant lives there day to day. Am I still the one who gets the quote?
That's entirely up to you, some landlords prefer to approve every quote personally, others hand it to a property manager, and either arrangement works fine from our side.
If a repair fails, does the warranty stretch to cover the parts too, or just the labour?
